Job Description

· Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients for month-end and year-end closing

· Handle GST computations and submission

· Handle payroll computations and CPF submission monthly

· Advise clients on matters relating to accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary

· Liaison with government authorities such as IRAS when necessary

· Ensure compliance with relevant statutory acts and deadlines

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree in accounting with at least 1 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience

· Proficient in Sage50, Quickbooks and ABSS

· Able to work well independently and as a team, handling stress under tight deadlines with commitment

· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across levels.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people of all levels, with a good command in English

· Experience working in client accounting service.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
