Job Description:

• Handle daily invoice processing and billing tasks in line with established procedures and internal control guidelines.
• Respond to customers’ enquiries related to invoicing and follow up promptly to ensure issues are clarified and resolved in a timely manner.
• Verify that all invoicing documents are complete, accurate, and properly supported before submitting them for review or approval.
• Accurately maintain and update customer, billing, and collection information within the ERP system.
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to ensure invoices are issued promptly.
• Assist in monitoring outstanding receivables and support collection efforts, including preparing Statements of Account (SOA) and sending payment reminders.
• Monitor and manage ship stamps and sub-certifications required for billing validation, following established checklists and timelines.
• Provide support for invoicing related to project-based and contract-based transactions under supervision.
• Contribute to the preparation of Accounts Receivable data for month-end closing and reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or any related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Accounts Executive.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
