Responsibilities:

• Maintain AR/AP/GL transaction.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts.
• Maintain cash book & records and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly AR/AP aging, accounting schedules, financial report and GST return.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma in Accounting
• Required skill(s): NAV/ERP.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, organised, with good working attitude and initiatives.
• Able to work according to reporting deadlines.
• Proficient in both written/spoken English and communicate in Mandarin (with Mandarin speaking associates).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing company.
• Applicants must be willing to work in WOODLANDS.
• 5 days/week and Full-Time positions.
• Able to start work within short notice preferred.
