Manager – Accounts Department

We are a leading corporate services provider in Singapore, offering incorporation, corporate secretarial, and accounting and tax solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee client portfolios, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead the accounting team in delivering high-quality services.

• Salary: SGD 5,500 – 6,500 per month

• Bonus: Performance-based bonus of up to 2 months

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of accountants and accounts executives, providing guidance, supervision, and ongoing support

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and other statutory reports for clients

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations

• Review work prepared by team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, and manage escalated accounting and tax matters effectively

• Drive and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy

• Provide structured training, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members

• Coordinate and collaborate with other internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA is preferred

• 5–7 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity

• Strong knowledge of SFRS, corporate taxation, and regulatory compliance requirements

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a professional services or corporate services environment is an advantage
