We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounts payable (AP) operations. This role involves managing the full scope of AP functions, including intercompany reconciliations and expense reviews. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of financial processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Handle vendor invoice processing and execute payments across multiple channels.

Conduct bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations.

Record and maintain AP-related journal entries.

Prepare and submit input GST reports in compliance with regulations.

Assist in month-end closing activities and coordinate with various departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Job Details:

• Salary up to $3500
• Location: Kallang Sector 2
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
