We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Executive who thrives in managing daily accounting operations & maintaining accurate financial records

Job Description & Requirements

Post suppliers invoices in the system

Reconcile invoices against statement of accounts

Settle discrepancies for smooth payment

Assist in invoicing

Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

Entry level with Principle of Accounts or CAT are welcome to apply

Must have Accounting background

Willing to work at office located near Tuas West Road MRT

5.25 days per week, alternate Saturday half day required
