·       6 months contract (subject to extension or conversion to Perm)

·       Location: Buona Vista

·       Salary: up to $4,200

Essential Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting records in accordance with corporate guidelines, corporate timelines and local statutory requirements

·       Manage the full spectrum of the accounting functions, including payables and receivables, fixed assets management, general ledger, and cash flow management

·       Prepare monthly journal and balance sheet reconciliations, checking and ensuring proper accounting treatment, completeness, and accuracy

·       Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information

·       Assist in the preparation of the quarterly GST report and review annual tax returns

·       Coordinate and liaise with external parties (e.g. external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities) where required

·       Collaborating with stakeholders to seek for continuous improvements in internal processes

·       Support finance team on ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements:

·       BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in an international environment

·       Resourceful and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

·       Meticulous and excellent time management

·       Knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax

·       Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization

·       Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

·       Knowledge of SAP B1 a benefit
