Job Description:

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

• Follow up on outstanding receivables and update collection status.

• Prepare customer invoices and monitor unbilled revenue.

• Process transactions accurately and on a timely basis.

• Monitor daily cash receipts and prepare cash reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing and collection issues.

• Prepare AR aging reports and support month-end closing.

• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing supplier invoices, preparing payments, and reconciling supplier statements.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2 years of relevant experience in accounting (AR experience is must), preferable in construction/project related industries.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and organisational skills.
