About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer to join the dynamic team in a leading provider of engineering equipment and services in the Woodlands North Region. As an Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records, processing payments, and supporting the overall accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing for accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations

2. Prepare and submit financial reports, statements, and other required documentation

3. Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

4. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes

5. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal policies, and external regulations

6. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Any Accounting Certificates, Finance, or a related field

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an accounts officer or similar role

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data

4. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities

7. Familiarity with Singaporean accounting regulations and practices
