• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer - Industrial Machinery & Parts
• Position Title: Accounts Executive
• Working Location: West
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including financial reporting and fixed asset schedules.
• Prepare GST input tax reports and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
• Assist with basic office administrative tasks and handle ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
