Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain full sets of accounts for corporate clients

• Supervise and guide Accounts Officers

Tax & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare/Supervise junior officer with GST returns (GST F5)

• Prepare/Supervise junior officer with Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI)

• Prepare/Supervise junior officer with corporate income tax computations and filings

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities (IRAS, ACRA)

Payroll & CPF

• Prepare/Supervise junior officer with payroll calculations

• Handle/Supervise junior officer with CPF submissions and related statutory filings

Client & Internal Support

Communicate with clients on accounting matters and documentation

Support year-end audit and financial reviews

Assist with ad-hoc accounting and compliance tasks as required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm

• Prior experience supervising or reviewing junior staff

• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (SFRS)

• Familiar with IRAS, ACRA, GST, and corporate tax filings

• Proficient in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks)

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Able to manage multiple client portfolios independently
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
