Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounting recording for a US subsidiary company. The accounting records are kept in Singapore.
• Reporting to an Accountant (based in Singapore)
• Involved in the day to day operations: receipts, payments, accounts receivables (issuing of sales invoices) and recording of accounts payables.
• Will be responsible to perform month end closing, including performing reconciliations.
• Ensure accounting and internal control procedures comply with Group policies.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as when assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Finance and Accounting or other relevant professional finance certificates.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Previous work experience in a US company in Singapore, is an advantage
• Must be comfortable using ERP System (E.g. Sage 300)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organised. Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
• A team player who can deliver under tight deadlines.
