🌟 What You'll Be Doing:

• Lease Accounting (FRS 116): Handle lease-related accounting matters in compliance with FRS 116.
• Accounts Payable Support: Manage aspects of the purchase cycle and trade creditor accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Petty Cash: Process and reconcile petty cash reimbursements.
• Payroll (Time Management): Support payroll functions by managing time tracking and attendance systems.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly financial and management reports; conduct expense analysis to support data-driven decisions.
• System Implementation: Assist in the successful implementation and transition to a new E-Claim system.
• Audit Support: Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Handle finance-related tasks and projects as assigned.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Min. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skilled in documenting standard procedures and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
