About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support day‑to‑day accounting activities. The successful candidate will manage a full set of accounts and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
Working Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM (2 days WFH after probation period)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle simple full set of accounts (AP/AR/FA/General Ledger).
- Review supplier invoices and ensure accurate billing in SAP.
- Input supplier invoices, including Fixed Assets, into SAP.
- Manage payment collection and update AP/AR records.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on customer receipts.
- Prepare AR collection reports.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing entries.
- Prepare HQ AP/AR reconciliations.
- Download P&L, Balance Sheet, and General Ledger reports.
- Handle GST‑related tasks, including GST input/output checks and preparation of GST submissions.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
- Update monthly reports and input quarterly/yearly budgets into the system.
- Create customer and vendor codes in SAP.
- Prepare audit schedules, sales data, and inventory reports.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and AGM documents.
- Support corporate tax-related tasks.
- Update entries for FRS 16 worksheets.
- Input Time Deposit and Yearly Cashflow data into Coupa.
- Verify employee expense claims via Concur.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- LCCI Accounting certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP, Concur, or other accounting systems is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who can work independently when required.
- Fast, accurate, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
