• Position : Accounts & Admin Executive (Full Set)

• Location : Tuas (Company transport provided: Various MRT pick up points)

• Working hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + AWS + Flexi Benefits (Dental, TCM) + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Equipment & parts distributor (MNC)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)

• Support in month-end and year-end closing activities

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow updates

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset schedules

• Assist in GST reports and other tax-related matters

• Support inventory and stock accounting

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing

• Handle administrative tasks

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance

• Prior experience in audit is advantageous
