Job Description:

• Responsible for company’s in-house accounting related work
• Record receipts and payment in accounting software 
• Preparation of month end payment and online banking transaction 
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of management report
• Organize and prepare for AR collection meeting 
• Prepare GST quarterly submission 
• Managing petty cash transactions 
• Prepare monthly sales report and compare sales variance 
• Update cashflow report daily 
• Proper documentation and filing systems
• Collaborative effort with Corporate team members to assist in office administrative work such as answering phone call, attending to guests, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications such as ISCA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent     
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude, strong initiative, and integrity
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
