Job Summary

Manage accounts receivable tasks including payment updates, customer account monitoring, invoicing, and billing issue resolution to support accurate financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Update payment records in the system daily and weekly to ensure accurate financial tracking
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue outstanding payments to improve cash flow
• Issue credit notes and debit notes to adjust customer accounts accurately
• Provide customers with invoice copies via email to support billing transparency
• Submit customer e-invoices daily and weekly to maintain timely electronic records
• Support month-end accounts receivable closing by preparing statements of account for customers
• Liaise with customers to resolve billing and payment issues promptly
• Perform administrative tasks
