• Position : Accounts cum HR Assistant

• Location : Jalan Pemimpin

• Working hours : 9am to 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Leave

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Administrative coordination and support

• HR recruitment and employee documentation

• Maintain Info-Tech HR system

• Accounts receivable: invoicing, collections, data entry

• Accounts payable: POs, approvals, payments

• Process commission payments

• Handle stock transactions and reconciliations

• Ensure accurate SQL system entries

• Provide backup support to senior staff

• Other ad-hoc activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related fields

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
