• Position: Accounts Cum Admin Assistant
• Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
• Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate experience) Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Textile / Fabric Distribution

Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
• Prepare and send monthly statements of accounts to customers
• Follow up and resolve statement of account discrepancies when required
• Review and process sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders
• Maintain proper filing and documentation records
• Monitor ageing reports and sales/purchase reports
• Assist in journal entries, audit schedules, month-end and year-end closing activities
• Liaise with internal and external parties on accounting and administrative matters
• Handle general administrative and office support duties
• Support ad-hoc finance and office administration tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or administrative experience preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Able to learn and adapt to new software applications
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
