Job Description
Our client is a Marine and Offshore Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Accounts Assistant to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the finance, project, and operations functions.
- Handle complete accounting records with a solid grasp of double-entry bookkeeping principles.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of customer quotations and sales orders to facilitate day-to-day finance and project activities.
- Monitor and follow up on quotation status, sales order progress, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure systematic filing and upkeep of financial, project, and operational documentation for control and audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any related field
- Proficient with accounting software is an advantage.
