• Maintain petty cash vouchers andpreparation of expenses claim and record transactions into accounting system.
• Arranging payment to suppliers.
• Upkeep of Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable Module.
• Ensure timeliness in payment /collection to vendors / customers.
• Issuance of Debit and Credit Notes.
• Reconciliation of suppliers’statement of accounts.
• To assist GST submission quarterlyand reconciliation between accounting system and IRAS/Custom to meet MEScompliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 'O' level with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• ITE/ Diploma in Accountancy with no experience is welcome to apply.
• 5 day work week.
