Bookkeeping and Accounting:  

• Maintain accurate financial records,including GL, AP, AR, and schedules, bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly,quarterly, and annual management reports (BS, P&L)

Tax Services:  

• Prepare & submit GST returns and othertax fillings, withholding tax filings, and assist with thepreparation of corporate tax computations and submissions.

Financial Statements and Audit:  

• Compile timely and accurate financialstatements in accordance with SFRS & support audit engagement.

Client Management:  

•  Maintain strong client’s relationship andprovide accounting & tax advisory services to clients.

Compliance:  

• Ensure compliance with SFRS and IRASrequirements
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field. 
• 1 year of relevant accounting experience or outsourced accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of SFRS and IRAS regulations, including GST, corporate income tax, and withholding tax. 
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.    
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
