• Data entry and filing of documents
• Monitoring accounts payable transactions
• Monitoring payment to vendors/suppliers in accordance with credit terms
• Generating weekly/monthly accounts payable reports
• Perform accounting-related duties
• Handling petty cash
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Detailed orientated
• Basic computer knowledge
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Able to commence work on a short notice will be an added advantage
