Job Description

• Review and process staff expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policy and accurate accounting entry into the ERP system.
• Generate payment vouchers and execute electronic fund transfers via GIRO, PayNow, and Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
• Arrange and submit all necessary authorization documents to relevant signatories for verification/approval.
• Maintain a systematic and digitalized filing system for all processed documents to ensure audit readiness and easy retrieval.
• Accurately create and issue non-trade and Intercompany Debit Notes.
• Prepare and draft negotiation/collection documents for Letters of Credit (LC) and Documents against Payment (DP) at Sight. 
• Handle current petty cash disbursements and execute the decommissioning of the petty cash as moves to a fully cashless reimbursement model.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and provide operational support as assigned by Supervisor to ensure smooth departmental workflow.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent accounting certificate.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Fresh Graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Experience in ERP accounting software (Microsoft Dynamic NAV is preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in e-banking portals.
