Job Summary

Manage accounting operations and ensure timely delivery of client accounts while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating cross-departmental efforts to meet regulatory deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting processes to deliver accurate client accounts on schedule
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive and professional service
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure monthly accounts and clients’ annual regulatory compliance with ACRA and IRAS deadlines
• Operate Corppass and IRAS tax portal systems proficiently to support tax and regulatory submissions
• Travel to client offices to perform monthly accounting tasks and ensure service quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and IRAS Tax Portal System
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in an accounting or commercial firm
• Tertiary education in accountancy
• Good command of spoken and written English

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adopt AI accounting tools
