Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and reporting packages of a portfolio of companies;
Oversee the month end closing process for a portfolio of companies;
Supervise a team of junior accountants/executives in day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll;
Plan and oversee the consolidation of financial statements;
Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
Assist in providing financial management services;
Assist in providing accounting technical advisory for specific or complex business transaction; and
Undertaking ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
At least 3 years external audit experience and some years of experience in the finance operation;
Experience working with other outsourcing firm is an added advantage;
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or their equivalent;
Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and able to run with the ball.
