Our client, a prominent and well-established US MNC in the manufacturing industry, is looking to strengthen their finance team by hiring a Financial Accountant. This role is responsible for managing the complete spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring strong financial controls, operational efficiency, and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end closing activities.

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

• Perform GST filings, tax computations, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Handle applications, tracking, and reporting for government grants and related compliance matters.

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders to support audit and reporting requirements.

• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CA qualification preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience handling a full set of accounts, ideally within an MNC environment.

• Strong knowledge of GST, tax compliance, and financial reporting processes.

• Familiarity with US GAAP and SFRS will be advantageous.
