Job Summary

The Nature Spa Lynn Aesthetic seeks an Accountant to independently manage full set accounts, payroll, tax submissions, budgeting, and HR-related administrative tasks, contributing to efficient financial operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts to ensure accurate and compliant financial records
• Generate payroll and commission reports to enable timely and accurate employee compensation
• Submit GST returns to IRAS in accordance with regulatory requirements to maintain tax compliance
• Develop and monitor monthly and annual budgets to control expenditure and support financial planning
• Manage petty cash budgeting to maintain operational liquidity and support daily business needs
• Prepare and submit CPF contributions, IRAS annual submissions, IR8A forms, and MOM applications to fulfill statutory obligations
• Utilize Xero and Carbonate software to process accounting and payroll tasks efficiently and accurately
• Execute HR administrative duties to support effective workforce management and employee record keeping
• Apply initiative and work independently to identify and resolve accounting and HR issues, ensuring smooth business operations
• Perform general ad hoc duties as required to support overall business functions and operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role
• Experience in HR functions and administration

Working Hour

• 5 days week
