Job Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts from sourcedocuments to financial statements, including accounts payable, accountsreceivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
• Perform monthly and year-end closing,including preparation of management accounts, schedules, and variance analysis.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial andmanagement reports for group consolidation and management review.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings,including GST returns and corporate income tax.
• Liaise independently with external auditors,tax agents, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare audit schedules and support externalaudit processes, including audited financial statements.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations,intercompany reconciliations, and detailed account analysis.
• Maintain proper accounting records anddocumentation in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards(SFRS/FRS).
• Monitor cash flow, manage payments,collections matters to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support management with financial analysis,budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, ora related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CharteredAccountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA is an added advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience in maintaining afull set of accounts independently.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore FinancialReporting Standards (SFRS/FRS), GST, and corporate taxation.
• Highly independent, self-motivated, and ableto work with minimal supervision.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, meet tightdeadlines, and work under pressure.
• Meticulous, responsible, and confident withstrong problem-solving skills.
