Job Responsibilities:

• Independently manage full-set accounting for the Singapore entity, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with the corporate secretary on GST submissions, corporate tax estimates, and annual tax pack preparation.
• Manage local cash flow: review payments, monitor collections, and prepare forecasts.
• Maintain the integrity of the Xero accounting system, ensuring correct chart of accounts usage and compliance with booking policies.
• Review the overseas subsidiary's monthly financials and align data with their local accounting team.
• Handle inter-company reconciliations and clearing of outstanding balances.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA, CA Singapore, or equivalent is a plus.
• 2–3 years of full-set accounting experience in Singapore (5+ years preferred), with the ability to independently handle month-end close, reporting, and tax coordination.
• Experience with cross-border entities, group consolidation, or overseas subsidiary review is an advantage.
• Proficient in accounting software; Xero experience strongly preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore FRS and GST filing rules.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

岗位职责：

• 独立负责新加坡公司全盘账务，包括月结、对账及管理报表编制；
• 配合秘书公司完成GST申报、公司税预估及年度报税资料准备；
• 管理本地现金流，审核付款、跟进收款并编制现金流预测；
• 维护Xero账套的完整性，确保科目使用正确、凭证合规；
• 审核境外子公司月度财务报表，与当地会计团队对接数据校准；
• 处理跨境内部交易对账及往来款清理。

任职要求：

• 会计、金融或相关专业Diploma或Degree；持有ACCA、CA Singapore或同等资质者优先；
• 2–3年新加坡全盘会计经验（5年以上更佳），能独立完成月结、报表及税务申报对接；
• 有跨境实体、集团合并或海外子公司财务审核经验者优先；
• 熟练使用会计软件，精通Xero者更佳；
• 熟悉新加坡FRS及GST申报规则；
• 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，能与华语相关方有效交流。
