Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management and reconciliation of the company’s daily cash and bank deposits, ensuring the accuracy of financial records;
2. Responsible for processing daily receipts and payments, and reporting the company’s cash position to relevant departments in a timely manner;
3. Responsible for reviewing employee expense reimbursement claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations, and arranging reimbursement payments;
4. Prepare daily cash and bank balance reports to ensure the security and liquidity of company funds;
5. Assist the Finance Department in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements by providing accurate cash flow and fund balance data;
6. Monitor cash inflows and outflows, and handle daily bank account matters, including bank reconciliations;
7. Assist the Finance Manager with tax, audit, and other related matters;
8. Complete other finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience; candidates with experience in corporate finance or accounting firms will be preferred.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
3. Detail-oriented, rigorous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
4. Possesses good communication skills and is able to maintain effective coordination with various departments.
5. A strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
