【Key Responsibilities】

1.Accounting & Compliance (Singapore Local)
会计核算与合规（新加坡本地）

· Perform full sets of daily financial accounting in compliance with group policies, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and local regulatory requirements. 依据集团制度及新加坡财务准则（SFRS），独立完成公司日常全盘财务核算，确保账务准确、合规。

·Manage Singapore tax filings, including GST, Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), and Form C. Liaise with local tax authorities and external auditors to ensure full compliance.·负责新加坡业务的税务申报工作（包括GST、ECI、Form C等），对接当地税务机关及审计机构，确保税务合规。

2.Import/Export & Supply Chain Support 进出口与供应链财务支持

·Handle full-spectrum accounting for import/export operations, including customs declaration, tax refunds, and foreign exchange settlements, along with related document verification.·负责进出口业务全流程财务核算，包括报关、退税、外汇结算等环节的账务处理与单据审核。

·Organize and conduct inventory counts, perform variance analysis,prepare reconciliation reports, and drive improvements in inventory management·组织公司存货盘点，进行差异分析并出具盘点报告，推动存货管理规范化。

3. Reporting & Business Support
报表编制与经营支持

·Complete month-end closing on time and prepare statutory reports and management reports for both group and Singapore local requirements.按时完成月度结账，编制集团及新加坡本地要求的会计报表与管理报表。

· Gain a deep understanding of production operations, providing financial insights and decision support to business functions in a manufacturing environment. 深入了解生产业务，结合制造业特点参与经营支持与监督，为业务部门提供财务专业建议。

· Continuously optimize accounting processes, identify issues in Singapore local and import/export accounting, and enhance efficiency and quality.持续优化会计核算流程，识别并解决新加坡核算、进出口核算中存在的问题，提升核算效率与质量。

4.Special Projects 配合专项工作

· Support internal and external audits, tax inspections, budgeting,and internal control initiatives as required.配合完成内外部审计、税务检查、预算及内控等专项工作

【Qualifications】【任职要求】

Education & Certification 学历资质：

· Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 会计/财务管理等相关专业。

· Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or ISCA (or other Singapore local accounting qualifications) are preferred.

· 持有CPA、ACCA或新加坡本地会计证书者优先。

Experience 工作经验：

· Minimum 1 year of relevant finance experience, with prior experience in financial accounting within a Singapore-based manufacturing company.

· 1年以上财务工作经验，必须具备新加坡制造业财务工作经验。

· Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations (GST, ECI, Form C). Experience in cost accounting is a plus.

· 熟悉新加坡财务会计准则（SFRS）及税务法规。有成本核算经验者优先。

· Technical Skills 专业技能：

· Solid accounting knowledge; proficiency in SAP and MS Office(especially Excel).

· 扎实的会计功底，精通SAP系统及Excel等办公软件，能高效处理数据及报表编制。

· Sound understanding of import/export accounting processes, with the ability to independently handle customs declaration, tax refunds, and foreign exchange settlement.

· 熟悉进出口财务核算流程，能独立处理报关、退税、外汇结算等相关工作。

Language & Soft Skills 语言与综合素质

· Proficient in Mandarin (to coordinate with headquarters in China). 普通话流利（需对接中国总部）

·Proficient in English as a working language (capable of communicating effectively with Singapore tax authorities and audit firms in English). 英语流利（可作为工作语言，能与新加坡税务局/审计机构顺畅沟通）

· High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills. 为人正直，责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和沟通协调能力。

· Able to work in a plant environment, handle pressure, and demonstrate a proactive learning attitude. 能适应工厂办公环境，具备较强的抗压能力与执行力，有主动学习的意愿。
