Our client is seeking a Account Manager to join their growing social media team. This role involves managing social media accounts, particularly government based projects, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high quality campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and oversee projects to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns meet objectives and brand standards.
• Support clients in maintaining high standards of social customer care and response time.
• Work closely with planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital and social media strategies.
• Plan, manage, and oversee social media content calendars across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Oversee daily engagement with followers and manage social media interactions.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights using analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and performance goals
• Identify trends, opportunities, and new engagement strategies across social platforms.
• Develop content pillars, creative concepts, and oversee production of digital deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in an advertising agency.
• Proven track record in managing social media accounts and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and social media optimization across platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience handling government accounts is an advantage.
• Confident in presenting ideas and providing strategic recommendations.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
