Job Description
UCT is looking for a talented Account Manager I to join us in Singapore! This position executes sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate merchandise to meet those needs. Account managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all customers assigned. Customer functions include “hunting” and “farming”.
- To achieve and exceed planned AOP sales target.
- Market intelligence on competitor and customer loading plan (UT%).
- Good communication and presentation skill to represent and upkeep company image.
- Primary point of contact to customers for all communication and information exchange.
- Provides timely quotation response to customer RFQ’s.
- Perform contract review for all incoming material for processing.PO accuracyPart accuracyDue date accuracy compared to PO
- QC representative at customer specific meetings and conference calls.
- Monitor and track quarterly and annual revenue to plan.
- Identify and communicate any changes to part volume changes to production.
- Resolve any outstanding issues with orders prior to order shipment back to customer.
- Work with customers on identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist accounts payable with any invoice related issues.
- Work directly with engineering for special requests and manage SRF’s for R&E projects.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent experience in marketing, technical or related discipline. Technical experience is not a must as training will be provided.
Experience Requirement:
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management (related to handling customer accounts).
- Experience with the vertical market of parts or wafer cleaning strongly preferred, including experience interacting with Fabs and exposure to the qualification process.
- If no experience can still be considered if have related experience in managing customers. Training will be provided.
- Will be good if have experience in the semiconductor industry but is not a must.
Travel Requirement:
- Light travel may be required.
- Travelling to customer site required.
