Job Description
Job Scope
- Build and maintain relationships with religious organisations, community groups, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage community engagement programmes, initiatives, and events
- Work closely with government agencies, vendors, and community partners to support programme delivery
- Support strategic planning and implementation of engagement and outreach initiatives
- Monitor engagement targets, track stakeholder activities, and prepare reports and updates
- Coordinate meetings, dialogues, learning journeys, and community engagement sessions
- Manage programme administration, documentation, registrations, and stakeholder databases
- Support publicity, communications, and content updates for engagement initiatives and microsites
- Assist in crisis preparedness, capability-building, and social cohesion programmes
- Analyse feedback and recommend improvements to strengthen programme effectiveness
- Support national events and community partnership activities
- Ensure timely follow-up on stakeholder matters and operational coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates using Microsoft Office applications
- Perform any other administrative and operational duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Community Development, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields
- At Least 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment account management or client relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across different parties
- Good organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in community engagement, event coordination, or government-related projects will be an advantage
- Comfortable handling reporting, tracking, and operational coordination tasks
- Team player with good problem-solving and follow-up skills
