About the Role:

Join the Small Medium Business Group as an Account Manager, where you’ll help Vietnamese businesses grow by connecting them to customers through digital advertising solutions.

You’ll manage a portfolio of ~45 medium-sized Vietnamese businesses across diverse industries, driving revenue growth, product adoption, and long-term client success. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in consultative sales, enjoys building senior stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about enabling digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a fixed book of ~45 Vietnamese business accounts across multiple industries.
• Drive incremental revenue and product adoption through advertising solutions.
• Consult with clients to align their KPIs with advertising tools and optimize campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CEOs, CMOs, marketing teams).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing Science, and Creative to deliver client success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with expertise and speed.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, media agency, consulting, or sales.
• Hands-on experience with advertising solutions (highly preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills.
• This role will require knowledge of the Vietnamese media landscape as you will be managing small medium businesses based in Vietnam.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and adapt across industries.
