Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages for clients

Apply accounting principles to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Record journal entries and ensure proper posting of all transactions

Perform month-end closing, including GL and balance sheet reconciliations

Carry out bank reconciliations for assigned accounts

Prepare variance analysis and commentary for management reporting

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Assist with property billing, arrears monitoring, and payment processing

Prepare GST schedules and support tax-related reporting

Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders

Support year-end audit and other ad-hoc duties
