Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL and Bank Reconciliation)
• Assist with month end closing, basic journal entries and maintain accounting schedules.
• Assist in Account Payable or Account Receivable processing, data entry and filing.
• Prepare and issue intercompany billings.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or other relevant qualifications
• 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred
• Familiar XERO will be added advantage
