Job Description
Job Title: Account Assistant (AR/AP) (JT-1020)
Location: Tuas (transport provided at Boon Lay)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm
Basic Salary: $2500-$2900
Job Description:
-Responsible for AR/AP activities
-Bank reconciliation
-Inter-co billing
-Manage and maintain petty cash transactions.
-Deposit cash at the bank at least twice a week
-Prepare monthly schedules for depreciation, prepayments, accruals, and maintain the fixed asset register.
-Perform ad hoc duties assigned
