Finance & Accounting (75%)

• Manage full set of accounts, including account receivables (AR) and account payables (AR), general ledger (GL) and bank reconciliations
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Issue invoice
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Support financial reporting process
• Manage company finance mailbox and response to parent’s finance related query
• Assist with the submission of Fees Protection Scheme
• Support audit, GST and tax filing, and other statutory compliance matters.
• Assist with other role-related task assigned by the finance manager

Payroll & HR (25%)

• Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
• Process payroll calculation, including allowances and deduction as instructed
• Act as first layer of checking for claims
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirement, including CPF, IRAS, SDL IR21 and other government related submission
• Maintain payroll records and employee information in the system
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees
• Assist with other role-related task assigned by the Head of HR

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, accounting software (Xero) and payroll software (Info-Tech)
• Candidate with experience in OpenApply will be highly advantages
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related fields
