Job Summary

You will support accounting and administrative functions by preparing and tracking financial documents, managing inventory and shipments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Use accounting software to record and reconcile accounts receivable and payable accurately to maintain financial accuracy
• Prepare and track quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and payment vouchers to support timely transactions
• Compile service and claim reports, organize filing, scanning, and documentation to maintain accessible records
• Manage parts receiving, inventory control, and shipment processes to ensure proper stock levels and timely deliveries
• Communicate effectively via email and use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and manage documents and presentations
• Complete assigned ad hoc tasks promptly to support team and company needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles
• Diploma holder demonstrating foundational knowledge relevant to the role
• Ability to start work immediately
• Demonstrate commitment, attention to detail, and self-motivation in daily tasks.
