Job Description
Job Summary
You will manage the end-to-end order to cash process, leveraging SAP S4/Hana to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will coordinate shipping documentation, resolve customer complaints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business line strategies and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
S$3,200 – S$4,000/month (commensurate with experience)
Location: Jurong East, Evonik (SEA) Pte Ltd — Nordic European Centre (NEC), International Business Park (IBP)
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders using SAP S4/Hana system to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Coordinate preparation and delivery of shipping documentation to customers to facilitate smooth logistics operations
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and providing timely solutions to maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage customer requests for product samples to support sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with Trade Compliance and Foreign Trade organizations to maintain accurate Customer Profiles, End Use Certificates, and Trade Restriction Covenants
- Work closely with colleagues from Headquarters, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Accounts Receivables, Credit, and Legal teams to follow up on credit and logistics matters and ensure seamless operations
- Participate in project teams to support the Business Line strategy and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in using SAP S4/Hana system for order processing and related tasks
- Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping processes, including export documentation such as Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, and Export Letter of Credit orders
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Trade Services online banking system for preparation of banking documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support daily operational tasks
- Basic knowledge of Financing, Credit Management, and Global Trade Services to enhance cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain meticulous organization with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and stakeholder engagement
