Job Summary

Responsible for managing retail leasing activities at Guoco Tower (Tanjong Pagar), including finalizing lease agreements, negotiating renewals, and driving tenant mix strategies to optimize rental income and occupancy.

Up to $4,500/month

9am – 6pm M-F

Responsibilities

• Finalize lease agreements and formalize lease documentation to secure retail tenancy contracts efficiently
• Negotiate lease renewals to maintain and enhance tenant retention and rental terms
• Prepare monthly leasing reports, update rent roll data, and analyze market trends to inform strategic leasing decisions
• Build and maintain professional relationships with agencies, prospective tenants, and existing tenants to support leasing objectives
• Implement and monitor the business plan and budget to achieve financial and operational targets for the retail mall
• Develop and propose tenant mix plans that align with market demand and maximize rental yield and occupancy rates
• Execute strategies to optimize rental income and maintain high occupancy within the mall
• Support marketing and Advertising & Promotion (A&P) initiatives to enhance mall visibility and attract quality tenants
