Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming parts and sub-assemblies.

• Proficient in using Vernier calipers, micrometer, and height gauges to verify specifications.

• Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and engineering blueprints to understand tolerance limits and critical features.

• Manage and maintain First-In, First-Out (FIFO) lanes within the QC lab to prioritize critical items.

• Record inspection results and assist in processing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in manufacturing or mechanical engineering

• Attention to details

• Strong understanding in mechanical drawings and engineering blueprints
