Job Description
Location: Bendemeer
Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,500 basic
Employment Type: Contract
Working Hours: 5 days’ work week 9am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
Convert approved requirements into Purchase Order (PO) within the ERP System.
End routine status-check emails/calls to suppliers to confirm delivery dates and prevent de-commits.
Update lead times and price changes in the system as directed by the Senior team.
Organize and file digital and physical purchasing records.
Requirements:
Prior experience with Purchase Order administrative matters
Proficient with ERP System
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong Excel Skills
