About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This role combines business analysis, data management, reporting, and analytics, working closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into actionable insights and meaningful reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and performance measurement to support business initiatives and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI tools.
• Support ETL processes, data integration activities, and data management within cloud-based data platforms.
• Conduct ad-hoc data extraction, analysis, and reporting for various business stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and data optimisation.
• Document business requirements, data processes, and project deliverables.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Data Operations, or a related field.
• Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, fintech, or a regulated environment is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, Qlik, or other business intelligence tools.
