Job Description
Sales Admin Executive
Salary: $2800 - $4000
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Boon Lay
Job Scope
- Handle sales orders, scheduling, and order processing
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with sales team
- Maintain inventory and support supply chain operations
- Communicate with customers, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Support customer service and logistics improvements
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service or Admin
- Logistics / supply chain experience is an advantage
- Familiar with order processing and inventory coordination
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- ERP / SAP knowledge is a plus
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
