Quality Controller

Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)

Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,000

Benefit: Bonus, 14 days AL

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
• Conduct measurements and quality tests using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Record and maintain inspection reports and related quality documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, and customers on quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documents.
• Monitor production processes and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems (QMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
