Catering Sales Executive

Working Hours: 9am – 6:30pm (Mon–Fri)

Basic: $3000 - $4000

Location: Clementi

Job Scope:

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on new leads.
• Provide product recommendations and catering solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage customer feedback to ensure high service satisfaction.
• Maintain sales documentation and perform daily administrative tasks.
• Support marketing and event activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in F&B or catering preferred.
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency.
• Creative, dynamic, and sales-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Outgoing, highly motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
