Job Description
Accounts Executive
Salary: $2,500 – $3,200
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Paya Lebar
Benefits: AWS, Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, bank reconciliation)
- Prepare payment schedules and follow up on payments
- Prepare financial and management reports
- Manage accounting records and documentation
- Handle GST submission and liaise with auditors and banks
- Monitor bank balances and petty cash
- Support inventory and reconciliation tasks
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / LCCI
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of full set accounts and GST
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude
